When you have a child with recurrent headaches, it can be impossible to know how to help.  If they are whining, complaining or throwing a tantrum, its enough to give you a headache. However, headaches are fairly common and intermittently happen throughout childhood; most kids struggle now and again. If headaches are more frequent and difficult to relieve, you may want to seek medical attention.
