Common Cold

Common Cold

We’ve all heard of it, the common cold, we’ve even caught it from time to time, but what isn’t always apparent is how to treat and prevent this bothersome sickness. Colds are most contagious during the first two to four days after symptoms arise, and could be contagious for up to three weeks. They are not completely preventable seeing as how common they are; however, in order to reduce the likeliness of catching one it is recommended that you wash your hands frequently and to generally steer clear of those unfortunate enough to have caught it.
